Photosynthesis Slides

  1. Hi Mr Jaya, for the Calvin Cycle in photosynthesis, there is 12 glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate and 6 ribulose phosphate. I was wondering where is the triose phosphate

  2. triose just means 3 carbon sugar so which one do you think is the triose phosphate? :)

  3. I think its the 6 ribulose phosphate

  4. it can't be ribulose because ribulose is 5 carbon. triose phosphate is 3 carbon.

  6. don't you think that it has to be either the PGA or the G3P as they both are 3 carbon and have phosphate groups?
